Me vs Kerajaan Minyak: Perjalanan Mencari Eyeliner

Hai semua. Finally saya mutusin buat blogging lagi setelah vakum setahunan.

Oke, terus kenapa tau-tau saya muncul lagi tapi ngomongin eyeliner?

Nope, sebelumnya saya jelasin kalo saya nggak ada niatan jadi beauty blogger. Memang betul belakangan saya suka make-up dan suka pake make-up (karena faktor umur dan faktor tuntutan kerjaan), tapi saya purely kepengen ngomongin eyeliner just because buat saya topik ini: 1) bisa banget diceritain 2) lumayan lama menjadi concern dan menyita pikiran saya 3) welp, saya rasa banyak orang mengalami problema yang sama seperti saya, tapi nggak kunjung nemu solusinya. Nah, by posting this, I wish I can help those who are in similar situation as I was 2 or 3 years ago.

In Defense of Ginny Weasley

Sorry about this post, really, I but I need to get this off my chest. This is actually something that I've been thinking for quite a while--or for years, actually. Ginny Weasley is definitely one of my favorite HP characters, and because of this, I've always been bothered by the amount of hate she gets from majority of the fandom. And since I'm in the process of rereading the entire HP series this week, I thought "maybe I should try to write a long post about Ginny"... and why not.

Ginny is awesome but her haters just can't see that:

1. She is the perfect embodiment of a-wallflower-turned-into-a-feisty-popular-chick.
2. She survived years of unrequited love and even successfully got out of the sisterzone.
3. Dat sense of humor.
4. And badassery.
5. I wish people would stop slut-shaming her. Gurl was dating around because she tried to MOVE ON from a longtime crush that (at some point) seemed to be going nowhere. Having three different boyfriends in two years does not even sound THAT bad (and she married the third one, mind you).
6. Imagine how difficult life would be if you grew up in a poor family with six older brothers...
7. ...and she still managed to be tough, athletic, yet feminine and gentle at the same time.
8. Did we all just forget how she was once a direct victim of Voldemort himself, but did not let the trauma turn her into a woobie (like *cough*Cho*cough*)?
9. She stood up for bullied weird kids like Luna and Neville, and she did not hesitate to put those nasty Slytherin bullies in their place. 
10. She would later become a professional Quidditch player. So freaking cool.

I could go on, and on, and oooon about many reasons why Ginny Weasley is awesome but I guess I should just stop ranting now... and find more lively things to do with my own life.
